Shipping Policy
Our goal is to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Depending on availability, manufacturer back orders and our overwhelming demand for our products at the prices we charge sometimes causes us to have a shipping window of 7-14 days.
However there are some exceptions to our goal:
· PLEASE NOTE: Larger braided rugs are a special order item and are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery of these rugs.
· Items that are out of stock are back ordered and billed at time of ordering. Due to circumstances beyond our control some items may be shipped at a later date. You will receive an email with the expected shipping time of all back ordered merchandise.
· Placement of an order does not constitute acceptance of the sale. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities on any order that may be discontinued. Please understand we continuously try to keep our site updated to the best of our ability with current products.
We reserve the right to ship products via UPS or USPS Priority Mail based on the area or region you live and the service that each company provides.
Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from homeaccentsandmorellc.com. If you are not satisfied with an item we are happy to accept returns for refund or exchange. However, there are certain criteria:
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date with the original packing slip or a copy of it.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
- Return shipping charges and the actual shipping process are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- There is a 25% restocking fee of the purchase price.
Once we have received your return, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 14 business days. Please note that your banking/credit card institution may require additional processing time (up to 30 days) to post this credit back to your account once they have received the information from homeaccentsandmorellc.com.
